Case Study: St. Joseph Health System

St. Joseph Health System wanted to connect people with one of six physician groups, affiliated with its four hospitals in Southern California. Since the open enrollment process can be confusing and overwhelming for many enrollees, SJHS wanted to make the tasks of reviewing insurance options and selecting the right physician and hospital less daunting and more straightforward.

As a healthcare leader in the community for over 50 years, the system was able to carry its campaign under one name, recognized and respected by the surrounding region. A cohesive look and tone was created for the campaign, which utilized print and online communications to create a “one stop shop” for enrollees seeking answers and information related to their healthcare choices.

In just a few weeks, we had to make a big impression in a crowded market and gain an edge during open enrollment (the brief period when patients have to select a physician and insurance plan). Addison Clark created a compelling campaign that showcased our strengths, heightened awareness and helped drive our highly successful efforts.
